Vision: Our vision is to build students to rule their world and serve humanity with their god given knowledge.

Mission: However our main mission is to empower, impartation of knowledge about and his dealings, and also make sure that the great task given to man by God is achieved at all time and cost.

“All power is given unto me in heaven an d on earth .Go ye therefore and teach all nations , baptizing them in the name of the father,  and of the son, and of the holy ghost  ”:”Teaching was the very key word that touches me any time I read this verse. Then Jesus said,” Teaching them to observe whatsoever I have commanded you … (Matthew 28:18-19)

The Mission given wasn’t for the dead, no it is for the living that Jesus spoke about and I think that the assignment to teach is what the world needs now, because Jesus made it clearly known to me that the time is now.

When Jesus said, “Go ye therefore and teach all nations” He was clear in His statement. He didn’t mean each person going to the entire countries of the world. He meant every man’s world; your immediate sphere of contact. The Greek word for it is “ethnos”; Go ye there and teach all “ethnos” nations.

The word ethnos simply means a group, a company or people of the same nature or gene; a group of people with a common trade, characteristics, vision etc. It refers to the people in your world of influence

But the fact is that you cannot influence somebody unless you teach the person what he/she don’t know. So we are here to show the people within our sphere of contact the way.

“Hosea 4:3 “God stated it specifically that his people are perishing for lack of knowledge.

IRTCS is here to light the path for those in darkness for them to see and the glorious and victorious life with success that has been built for them already by god to live in.

Training people to become the custodians of God’s message is our main reason of existence. So IRTCS helps you realize that you have been authorized and deputized to carry forth knowledge to those in your world.

And to achieve these

We have provided preparation based centre in order to meet the general  demand of the human development  and the excellent ethical and integrity  standards we have built a system by which men and women of all works of life can come in and pick up their form(s) and make their choices.

And by these the students can be made a leader, as God want us to show ourselves as the light and an example (s) to our world in the twenty first century (21^st century) where rapid positive and more rapid negative change  are having effects on our society.

This is centered on building the student(s) to Know and do the commissioned work of Jesus Christ preparing the student with the right quality of educational research etc. About God and also research about man’s dealing with God.

Diploma in Theology

Make sure that we build a great society with the greatness in us .so the student will be groomed with dignity, excellent ethical standards of living .with specialization in:

1.      Pastoral Ministry

2.      Evangelism and Missions

3.      Guidance and Counseling

4.      Christian Education

5.      Education

6.      Administration

And reasons for this is to provide the student with excellent preparation for ministry relates to students

Pursuing excellence in ministry, as the custodians of God’s message. He/she will be authorized and prepared to carry forth this message to those in your world; for one cannot teach unless he/she is thought, because Jesus said that, he/she must teach them to observe and do his commandments And by this commission, Jesus want us at IRTCS to get the leaders ready for their works before they will be send out.

However a leader in this context doesn’t necessarily mean the head of an institution, church etc… but one who want direction and superior information(s):

One who wants to know the right way and also will like to provide guidance for others to reach their destinations of success here and after.
